Looking to find a career where he could be his own boss, Jason turned to Real Estate. For most realtors, the first two years in the business are where you get your footing and learn the field. In his first year however, he jumped right in and handled 44 transactions. Winning the Rookie of the year award and continuing on for the past 3 years in the Presidents Club. The second year, he almost doubled that number to 75. Once he had expanded that far, he realized that he needed some extra hands to help him along if he was going to continue growing at that rate. After he had some experience under his belt, he set out to form a team, adding four knowledgeable specialists to his side with backgrounds ranging from development to residential transactions. This team was able to increase volume to 136 units for 2022, totaling over 106 million in sales.
His team, Jason Sandhu & Associates, covers Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Langley areas of British Columbia, reaching up to Vancouver. Over 70% of his current workload comes from repeat and referral business, with word of mouth of his dedication and track record bringing more transactions each year. Jason and his team are known for their efficiency, getting creative and revolutionizing how to buy and sell by using different ways of marketing. They prepare buyers and sellers and help them navigate situations like multiple offers coming in at once and how to choose which is best for a given situation. Weekly emails to targeted groups keeps Jason in constant contact with his client base. The group maintains a calendar of which segment of their database needs to be contacted and with what regularity. Certain marketing segments, like repeat investors, get weekly attention for Jason’s team. The goal is zero hassle, zero risk and minimal sacrifices of personal time to get the deal done. Listings are carefully targeted and placed on social media, paying special attention on how to reach the right audience for the right property. High ticket luxury listings will go to their specific buying market to find the best deal, with boosted posts on Google and social media sites to increase exposure to get the right eyes on it. When it comes to what might be the biggest investment of his clients’ lives, Jason loves helping people come to an informed decision. He carefully guides investors to the right properties and enjoys watching them making money using his knowledge and advice. Jason’s group sponsors local sports teams, with special attention paid to hockey. In addition to helping the homeless on weekends, sponsored movie nights and giveaways supplement community development and involvement. Jason also works personally in construction and development and will soon be expanding to explore selling developments as a new market space.
